Colosseum Train Station

To get to the Colosseum in Rome by train, there are several options, the main station is Roma Termini but depending on your needs you can choose one of the following stations: Termini, Tiburtina, Ostiense.

Here are the main stations:

From Rome’s Termini station: take the subway line B towards Laurentina and get off at the Colosseo stop. The station is located right in front of the main entrance to the Colosseum.

From Rome’s Tiburtina station: take the subway line B towards Laurentina and get off at the Colosseo stop.

From Rome’s Ostiense station: take the subway line B towards Rebibbia and get off at the Colosseo stop.

The Colosseum is located in the historic center of Rome, so most of the main train stations are within some distance. To reach the Colosseum you will have to take another means of transportation such as the subway or a bus to get to your destination.
